Position Title: Strategic Solutions Manager

As a member of the Strategic Solutions team you will be part of the Global Sales Enablement  organization. Respond to client requests while working closely with multiple internal departments at Sizmek such as Sales, Product Marketing and Sales Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing ad tech company and develop cutting edge solutions based on actionable insights.

What you’ll do:

As a member of the Strategic Solutions team you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by:

  • Responding to client requests and revenue generating opportunities (ie: RFI/ RFPs, product & implementation questions)
  • Developing in-depth comprehensive marketing collateral inclusive of custom proposals and meeting deliverables which help our clients achieve their marketing goals
  • Partnering with Sellers, Product Marketers, and Sales Engineers to build innovative solutions across digital channels that will deliver on advertiser objectives
  • Serving as a trusted product and technology expert for the sales force, clients and prospects
  • Spreading institutional knowledge by fielding Salesforce Chatter product & implementation questions, posting responses, and connecting subject matter experts
  • Maintaining and improving proposal quality, business standards, processes and systems
  • Providing training and mentorship to junior members of the Solutions team

Who you are:

  • You have media services and platform solution knowledge; bonus if DMP or DSP specific
  • You are nerdy but loveable, and have outstanding organizational skills which allow you to be an efficient multitasker
  • You are a storyteller, crafting compelling and visionary narratives about our products, services and solutions and taking them to market to our clients in creative ways that convey capabilities and benefits
  • You are are an excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing), and are able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • You are creative and strategic, and able to provide marketing solutions across all verticals and digital channels

What you need:

  • College Degree and 3+ years of experience in advertising technology
  • Proficient knowledge of media services and platform solutions, and how to apply to marketing mixes
  • Experience with responding to, and delivering, strategic and technical deliverables - as well as building sales collateral and other marketing content
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
  • Outstanding written, oral communication, and organizational skills
