Job Summary
Sizmek is looking for Integration Project Manager within our Client Integration unit. Our Client Integration unit is responsible for delivering custom solutions in order to integrate 3rd party tools/vendors with Sizmek's enterprise-grade platform. You will lead all 3rd party integrations from initiation to go-live. You will be tasked with transitioning all of our existing clients and integrations to our new enriched campaign management platform.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse client requirements for 3rd party vendor/tool integrations
  • Work with the vendor to understand the architecture of their systems/platforms
  • Create high-level design documents to describe the integration solutions
  • Design and execute POC in collaboration with vendor's technical team
  • Effectively manage deadlines and release schedules
  • Define upgrade plan for each client, execute and monitor the progress in collaboration with the Client Success Team and Professional Services
  • Provide ongoing support for all existing 3rd party integrations 
  • Handle all the escalations from Tier-3 Support in the API Integration domain (analytics and media plan)
  • Work with the Global Support Team to design a Support Workflow (API) for an efficient handling of support cases and escalations

Key Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years experience in managing end-to-end project cycles
  • 3 - 5 years of full software development lifecycle
  • Previous experience managing complex 3rd party integrations
  • Experience in data analytics domain is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with REST API design and development
  • Hands-on experience with SQL scripting
  • An understanding of BI architecture
  • Working knowledge of various Data Integration Protocols (Data Feed, REST API, Server-Server etc.)
  • BSc in Computer Science or a related technical or business field
