Customer Success Coordinator
As part of our growing Customer Success team, the CS Coordinator will work with closely with members of the team, other internal departmental personnel, and our customer base.
What you will do:
- Act as the point of contact for clients by managing their campaign needs and manage their campaigns through all aspects of the campaign life-cycle.
- Contribute to the support of business aligned to other team members.
- Communicate with clients and internal team on campaign statuses as well as scope and timeline changes in order to set proper client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams through excellent communication.
- Collaborate with team members to gain further experience and knowledge in digital media and Sizmek Operations.
- Learns and understands Sizmek’s workflow processes, products, and capabilities.
- Understands the roles and responsibilities among the various Sizmek departments.
- Participates in kick off calls, provides recaps, and drives campaigns from inception through to post launch.
- Aids in troubleshooting and escalating account issues to the appropriate teams.
- Acts as liaison between external clients and all internal departments to ensure flawless, on-time delivery of campaigns.

- Interest in ad technology landscape.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative.
- Ability to identify proactively the various stakeholders on a campaign and their involvement needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work well independently when necessary and define/manage objectives in a fast paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong working relationships with others.
