The role:

About the Role/ The Opportunity: 
The position is a full HR operational support covering 2-3 EMEA countries. The person will support our employees and managers with a range of HR Operational activities. The role reports to Director, HR Operations and is part of our global HR Operations team.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to promotions, transfers, LOA, and terminations
• Conduct employee orientations
• Administer benefits and conduct benefit orientations
• Respond to HR-related queries
• Liaise with payroll
• HR projects on an ad hoc basis

What You Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of solid HR experience preferably at the HR Operations level
• Solid HR Administration experience
• Experience with supporting employees in Belgium and the Netherlands is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in using HR Systems (Workday would be a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional manner
