About the Role:
The Solution Architect is the strategic advisor and Sitecore subject matter expert for our customers. You will follow industry trends to understand how the market is changing and what to expect over the coming months and years, and how this will impact our customers. This position clearly articulates how Sitecore can transform business strategies and evangelize our products. You will be working with C-Level and Senior Executive clients across the US.
What You’ll Do:
  • Act as an evangelist for Sitecore, our products, and our ecosystem
  • Advise customers & partners how Sitecore will work within their current martech stack
  • Consult customers with how to maximize their martech stack leveraging Sitecore products
  • Educate customers and colleagues in new and emerging technologies that could drive increased business value
  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives to expand Sitecore’s footprint within existing customers
  • Work with and advise third-party partners to recommend customer solutions
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Technology
  • Knowledge of Sitecore or other Web Content Management, DAM, and Personalization technologies
  • Experience with majority in web frameworks
  • Excellent skills in combining business and technology
  • Strong consultancy background
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate key messages to an executive audience
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
  • Familiarity with regulations regarding the storage of private and sensitive personal information
  • Experience with data modelling, table design, and mapping business needs to data structures
