About the Role/ The Opportunity:

 

Sitecore is seeking a high-performing, results-driven individual to join the ASIA Field Marketing Team as a Field Marketing Manager to help support the planning, execution and reporting for marketing programs within the region.  The Field Marketing Manager is a project management focused marketer, looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a highly collaborative environment. They will work with marketing, sales and partner leadership to support the day-to-day marketing activities promoting Sitecore’s services and solutions, to help generate leads and create demand for Sitecore.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute marketing and demand generation campaigns leverage multiple channels and program tactics, including but not limited to: webinars, field/live events, acquisition paid programs (sponsored email, content syndication, list buys, virtual events, 3rd party events etc.), database and nurture email campaigns.
  • Prioritise and manage projects to timelines, budget and resources.
  • Plan programs leveraging a range of internal teams and stakeholders, adhering to SLAs and timelines in order to deliver successful programs, on time and on budget.
  • Manage pre, during, and post program initiatives, and be comfortable reporting on success metrics, data and business attainment.
  • Keep projects moving forward by providing necessary information and resolving roadblocks as they arise.
  • Manages the necessary marketing activity trackers, marketing systems of record, global reporting spreadsheets and documents to ensure they are accurate at all times

 

What You Need to Succeed

  1. Minimum 5-7 years of practical experience in program management, lead generation or a marketing role in a sales driven, B2B environment
  2. A self-starter and comfortable working with minimum direction and limited information. Must have the ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results with limited time and resources.
  3. Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritise independently and manage external agencies when appropriate
  4. Exceptional cross-team collaboration and organisational skills
  5. Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements
  6. Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the development of copy, creating and giving presentations, and content creation/management

 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • A solid understanding of marketing technology and principals
  • Previous use of marketing and project management platforms
  • Prior Salesforce (or similar) experience
