About the Role:
The Analytics Product Manager acts as the bridge between data engineering and business stakeholders. You will treat data as a product, defining the roadmap for our analytics capabilities, ensuring data accessibility, and driving the strategy for how we consume and leverage insights. You will be responsible for ensuring our product analytics deliver actionable value to our customers. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Help define and deliver the roadmap for our analytics strategy across our SitecoreAI product
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Management and other stakeholders across the business to define and execute that strategy
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver platform capabilities that power intelligent insights
  • Collaborate with multiple product teams to gain insights and deliver shared analytical services across the portfolio
  • Drive early customer validation and feedback loops to inform product decisions and accelerate adoption
  • Lead rapid prototyping efforts to test and validate new use cases, ensuring feasibility and market potential. 

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience in product management (2+ years), ideally with data platforms or customer-focused products with analytics
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data warehousing concepts and query languages like SQL
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, and business teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and telemetry to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business value. 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric would be an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations)experience with BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar) and familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Future-looking mindset with a passion for identifying new opportunities and driving forward-thinking product strategies based on emerging technologies
