About the Role:
We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Sitecore, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our marketing infrastructure and ensuring our campaigns run smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with our marketing technology stack while driving operational excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Marketing Automation Management
- Administer and optimize Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), serving as the primary platform expert
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows
- Manage lead scoring, grading models, and segmentation strategies
- Campaign & Lead Operations - Support the marketing team with campaign creation, setup, and execution
- Data Management
- Maintain database hygiene and ensure data quality across all marketing systems
- Perform data migrations, list imports, and create targeted segments
- Monitor data flow between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Process Improvement & Optimization - Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Team Enablement & Support - Respond to and resolve marketing operations support tickets and requests in a timely manner
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the liaison between marketing and internal teams (sales, IT, revenue operations)
- Marketing Technology Administration - Maintain and administer marketing operations tools (Pardot, Salesforce)
What You'll Need:
- 2-3+ years of proven experience administering Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Strong working experience and knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Hands-on experience with marketing campaign operations and lead management
- Understanding of B2B marketing processes and the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Nice to Have:
- Pardot certifications (Specialist or Consultant certification preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
