About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), it is your key responsibility to identify, research and mature potential sales engagements in the ANZ market, whilst also working with the greater Asia Pacific SDR Team on training, development, and process improvement. Success in this role involves connecting with the correct stakeholders within a business and qualifying that there is genuine opportunity for the Sales Team to mature this discussion and win new business for Sitecore. 
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Proactively build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, including researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, and crafting personalized outreach.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline generation quotas to support regional sales goals.
  • Maintain a consistent daily outbound call volume of 50–70 calls.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and qualify leads based on fit.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our solutions and competitive landscape to effectively position value to prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to continuously improve outreach efforts.
 
Job Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS sales environment
  • A skilled and fearless approach to outbound prospecting
  • Goal oriented, with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing targets
  • Innovative and naturally curious, you enjoy creating new methods and investigating research
  • Consistently over-achieved quota in past positions
  • A “hunter” mentality with tenacity and enthusiasm for inbound and outbound prospecting
