About the role:
XM Cloud is our flagship cloud-native CMS, designed for modern, composable architectures and built to empower marketers and developers with AI-driven content management and delivery.
We’re seeking a skilled designer to join the XM Cloud team: a visionary, innovation-driven team, shaping the next era of AI-powered content management in a leading composable DXP.
As a member of our Product Design and XM Cloud teams, you will bring exceptional design to life through research, experimentation, and close collaboration with other designers, product managers, writers, engineers, and architects.
What you will do:
- Be part of an energetic & friendly eleven-person design team that comes together for design reviews, knowledge sharing and building a common design philosophy and architecture. We focus on design principles, always striving for simplicity and elegance.
- Design user-centric experiences applying best practices while setting new standards in the industry.
- Oversee design implementation to ensure high quality outcomes
- Conduct user and market research to grow a deep understanding of our target user personas and inform your design decisions
- Strive to become a domain expert and stay on top of the latest trends of content and experience management, applying design patterns familiar to our users and identifying innovation opportunities.
- Contribute to our design system "Blok"
- Explore how generative AI can elevate your users' experience
- Nurture healthy relationships with your peers and stakeholders
- Create or adopt systems to involve the right people throughout the design lifecycle
- Conduct UX studies and maintain well-structured deliverables
What you need to succeed:
- At least five years of experience as a Product Designer
- A UX design portfolio demonstrating your work and way of thinking
- Curiosity and the desire to discover a greenfield area and actively shape the product
- Analysis and synthesis skills, you can utilize multiple knowledge sources to create robust design strategies
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Attention to detail, a healthy obsession for quality design
- Great communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A self-starter mentality with organizational skills that can ensure a healthy delivery pace
- Prior experience conducting user research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- A qualification in Design or similar field of study
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Prior experience in the industry or experience designing B2B SaaS applications
- Familiarity with the CMS and DXP platforms
