About the Role:

You will be a Software Engineer in the dynamic product support services team, responsible for assisting Sitecore Content Hub implementation partners and customers with best practices guidance, service requests, troubleshooting complex customizations, reverse engineering, and significantly contribute towards the team. 

You will accelerate you career by getting the chance to talk with customers, provide solutions and generally provide a better experience all round. We can provide training where needed but give you a great change to work on cutting edge technology.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Product and Cloud teams to analyze customer challenges, provide solutions and resolve any issues
  • Thrive in a positive, forward-thinking solution-oriented manner
  • Be a strong communicator with both customers and internal teams to escalate and solve customer challenges
  • Produce Level 2 Support reports
  • Debug Front-end and Back-end code

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Outstanding problem solving and logical thinking skills
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience in back-end development preferably with C# and .Net Core
  • Excellent knowledge of English is required, both oral and written

 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Microsoft Azure Cloud experience
  • A big fan of challenges – and finding solutions to overcome them
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
