About the Role/ The Opportunity: 
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Operations team partnering with both Sales Leaders and Account Executives to drive success. This role will report to the VP of Sales Operations and work closely with all other parts of Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Commissions, Order Processing and the Sales team. Key areas of focus include driving CRM data integrity and hygiene, supporting the execution of strategic sales programs, and leading the review and calculation of sales incentive programs and complex compensation plans not supported by internal systems. You will also manage account allocation and quota-setting processes, ensuring alignment with coverage models and revenue targets. Additionally, you will support sales leaders and sellers through reporting, analysis, and operational guidance, while contributing to customer satisfaction and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Partner with sales teams to drive accurate account and opportunity management, proactively identifying gaps and improving overall pipeline integrity
  • Champion data quality and governance across CRM systems, implementing best practices to ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of sales data
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce administrative processes, including account maintenance, data updates, and system hygiene, while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Support and optimize the sales operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including QBRs, forecasting, pipeline management, and planning, to drive consistent execution against revenue goals
  • Own the end-to-end review, validation, and calculation of sales incentive programs, ensuring accuracy, alignment to business objectives, and timely delivery of payouts
  • Evaluate and calculate complex sales compensation plans outside standard system capabilities, leveraging advanced Excel modeling and manual processes to ensure complete and accurate compensation outcomes
  • Lead account allocation processes across segments and territories, partnering with sales leadership to ensure equitable distribution and alignment with coverage strategy
  • Design and manage quota setting and calculation processes, applying data-driven methodologies to ensure targets are achievable, balanced, and aligned with organizational revenue goals
 
What You Need to Succeed 
  • Complete regular Salesforce system audits
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping guide our sales organization to outstanding sales practices and improved execution
  • Act as a Salesforce superuser to your business partners, ensuring they understand how to use the system and where the enablement materials are located
  • Complete assigned responsibilities on time and with extremely high quality and attention to detail
  • Actively work with sales, revenue, and other cross functional teams as needed
  • Assist with Salesforce/ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
 
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
  • 5+ years of Sales or Business Operations experience in a high growth technology company.
  • Expert level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve reporting and data analysis across the sales organization
  • Microsoft Office Applications and Salesforce.com knowledge is a must
