About the Role/ The Opportunity:
This role is responsible for maintaining the People and Organizational data, operational reporting, and analytics for Sitecore in support of our people initiatives to drive a high-performance culture and workforce. In this role, you will utilize your strong, analytical approach to ensure data quality across the organization. You will work with the Global HR Technology Leader to provide the leadership team with valuable insights that will advise initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will be a vital part of the Global HR Technology team as we execute on our vision to develop solutions in support of our business goals and optimize the employee experience!
What You’ll Do:
People & Organizational Data Integrity / Governance:
- Proactively audits People Data and works with HR Operations / HRBPs to make corrections.
- Maintains Core HCM organization tables in Workday.
- Works with business owners and Product Managers to identify opportunities for process and/or data improvements.
- Creates data dictionary and educates business owners on HR data definitions & processes.
- Ensures data fields are being used consistently across the enterprise in downstream systems.
- Partners with Global HR Technology Leader, IT, Finance, and Payroll to ensure alignment of organizational data across the enterprise.
- Partners with Global HR Technology Leader and Corporate Privacy & Compliance to ensure GDPR and corporate data privacy controls are adhered to and regularly monitored.
Reporting
- Creates standard reporting catalog to ensure consistent metrics / reporting results across the organization.
- Gathers requirements for operational reports / dashboards from business users and works with Global HR Technology Leader and AMS Partner on the creation of reports / dashboards or enhancements of existing reports / dashboards.
- Regression tests reporting catalog for usability (i.e. deprecated data sources) with each Workday release and corrects and / or implements solutions in partnership with Global HR Technology Team.
Analytics
- Performs special projects and analyses around internal measurements and metrics to monitor HR programs (e.g., employee demographics, turnover trends, data collection and analysis).
What You Need to Succeed
- Relevant experience in HR processes and data management, HR operational reporting, HR data privacy, People analytics, or other related disciplines.
- Proven understanding of employee lifecycle processes from hiring to offboarding.
- Solid understanding of how HR data integrates across the enterprise (IT, Payroll, Finance).
- High proficiency and knowledge of HR metrics / calculations and advanced excel functions.
- Working knowledge of HCM dashboards for end-users in data visualization tools such as Workday or PowerBI.
- Experience with HCM and ATS people data technology (Workday, Jobvite or equivalent preferred).
