About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with corporate, field, product, and partner marketing teams to implement and execute their content and marketing requests on our main site.
As the local representative of the team, you will work with highly skilled marketers and have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas, suggest improvements, and optimize campaign performance. What You'll Do:
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization – Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, and search engines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Content Management – Publish and update engaging digital content (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, event pages, emails) tailored to the target audience, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • A/B Testing & Performance Analysis – Conduct A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and leverage data-driven insights to enhance performance.
  • Marketing Automation – Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with product, sales, design, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Project Management – Monitor project timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Email Marketing – Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, incorporating segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Design & Creative Support – Coordinate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing digital assets for campaigns.
  • Event Promotion – Support event marketing efforts through targeted digital campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of website content management (CMS), SEO, and online marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and email marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies (a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple requests efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve creatively, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or other basic design tools (preferred but not required).
  • International mindset with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
