About the Role:
The Workday Analyst / Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, as well as design and implement new system functionalities.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update the Workday HCM system, including configuring and testing system changes and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing support to end-users as needed.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design and implement new system functionalities.
- Assist with the testing and deployment of system updates / releases and enhancements.
- Stay current with Workday product updates and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Workday system is aligned with business processes and objectives.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM administration and support.
- Configuration experience with Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Security, Performance, Compensation, and / or Absence Management.
- Experience with Workday EIBs.
- Knowledge of Workday data model, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
