About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite OneWorld. As a NetSuite Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement customizations, and support ongoing system enhancements. Your expertise in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration will be instrumental in optimizing our business processes and improving system efficiency. This position will report directly to the Director of Financial Systems and be a part of our growing FinTech team.
What You'll Do:
- Customization and Development: Customize and configure NetSuite modules according to business requirements, including but not limited to workflows, Scripts, saved searches, custom fields, forms, dashboard, and reports.
- Integration and Data Management: Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, such as Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, and third-party applications, using technologies like SuiteTalk, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data mapping, data flow, data cleansing, and data migration activities to ensure seamless information exchange.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test scripts, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and quality of developed solutions. Perform system testing, integration testing, and regression testing to validate changes and updates.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in NetSuite development, customization, and administration
- 5+ years demonstrated experience with NetSuite OneWorld
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript) for customization and scripting within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools such as SuiteTalk (SOAP), SuiteScript (REST), and/or third-party middleware platforms is an advantage
- Experience implementing and maintaining integrations to NetSuite using an iPaaS software such as Dell Boomi or Celigo or Workato
- Proficiency in web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web services
- Experience with advanced Saved Search functionality and formulas
- Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (T-SQL/PL-SQL, Snowflake, Fix, MS-SQL, SSRS, Oracle, Tableau or Looker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus
