Sitecore implementations are handled by the network of partners. Partners often need assistance in mapping customer requirements to implement best practices. Software Engineers work with partners to understand customer requirements and determine proper implementation approach. In addition, Software Engineers may troubleshoot implementations with performance or functional issues. Ultimately, Software Engineers solve problems that developers cannot resolve.

 

About the Role

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be a member of the technical Product Support Services team, responsible for assisting Sitecore’s implementation developers with best practices guidance, troubleshooting customizations, reverse engineering and significantly contribute towards ramping up and developing the team.

Sitecore will provide all the necessary trainings about the Sitecore system.  

Qualifications 

Ideal candidates will have the following background:

  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including:
    • NET
    • C#
    • Visual Studio
    • SQL Server
    • IIS
  • Problem solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of client-server software architecture.
  • Troubleshooting software development projects.
  • Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills.

Experience in the following would be an advantage:

  • Experience in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Configuring load balancers.
  • Experience in configuring Windows-based servers.
