About the Role:
Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our implementation team to support some of the most critical customers.
Energetic, outgoing and passionate about technology, the Solution Architect combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the implementation process and customer success. As a Solution Architect, you have the chance to develop in a very broad role, ranging from Sitecore product expertise, customer and partner collaboration, community involvement, and technology and market expertise. This is a customer-facing role, working within our Professional Services team, blending technical expertise in integrating enterprise systems and applications with experience in applying that knowledge to solve real-world business challenges. The right candidate will have a passion for web design and development, an interest in connecting systems together, and the ability to work directly with customers and partners.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and design software solutions based on Sitecore’s software products
- Consult with customers and partners on the best ways to implement Sitecore’s software products for rapid return on investment.
- Maintain a working environment with customers and partners that has a clear technological vision and future-oriented approach.
- Help customers meet their technology and business requirements. This will involve leading workshops, demonstrating strong presentation credentials, and delivering compelling recommendations and guidance to audiences up to C-Level.
- Understand, quantify and verify the business needs of customers and their specific use cases, potentially modelling solutions / POVs.
- Work diligently at all times with the customers’ and partners’ teams, providing constructive challenge and critique as appropriate.
- Demonstrate political savvy is sometimes sensitive multi-directional dynamics between customer and partner teams.
- Produce first class documentation as specific to the engagement.
- When engaging in Sitecore 360 scenarios, take personal accountability for driving consumption of pre-paid entitlements so the customer receives value for their investment. Consult with customers to ensure consumption is optimal is serving their strategic and tactical goals.
- Present the company, its capabilities and technology in a highly professional and exciting way that will engage customers and help them increase their business impact.
- Use customer feedback and insights to improve product materials, technical best practices and technical materials while providing feedback to Product Management teams
- Coding experience and possessing an ability to review the code written by customer and partner team members will be required upon occasion, although it is unusual to engage in hands-on coding tasks personally as that is not the intent of the advisory service sold.
What You Need to Succeed
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or showcase equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive consulting experience that demonstrates strong technical foundations and appreciable business/functional acumen.
- Proficient Communication: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English, both orally and in written communication. Exhibit a proactive attitude with a solution-minded approach and strong analytical and synthetic skills.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in systems implementation and integration, with a majority in Web Content Management, CDP or DAM space.
- Deep knowledge of web design languages, HTML/JS/CSS and web technologies, experience with REST APIs, JSON, and transformation of data essential. Direct coding experience in JavaScript is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
- Be willing to travel based on project needs and customer requests.

- Background leveraging a structured Software Development Life Cycle is an advantage.
- Experience with Sitecore products is considered a strong plus.
