About the Role: 
Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world.  To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer with a solid background in Computer Science, with CMS knowledge and Cloud administration experience, to join our Managed Services team.
 
 What You’ll Do: 
  • Provision, support and maintain our customer's cloud and on-premise environments and Sitecore products.
  • Implement and maintain tools for monitoring and operations.
  • Implement and maintain tools for logging and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-production and production environments.
  • Respond to service disruptions while maintaining SLA uptime.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation along with our other engineers. Will need to carry laptop when on-call and have internet and phone access.
  • Proactive monitoring to ensure that issues are being identified and addressed in real-time.
  • Collaborate with customers and engineering for new release planning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on operational procedures.
  • Automate and streamline production operations and processes (PowerShell/MS runbook).
  • Execute scheduled maintenance and optimization services.
  • Assist in infrastructure design, estimating, and communicating with clients and prospects.
 
What You Need to Succeed 
  • At least 3 years of client technical support experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Infrastructure and network knowledge.
  • Network and application security knowledge.
  • Application support experience.
  • Experience with Load Balancing Solutions.
  • Azure / Cloud administration experience, including scripting and automation.
  • Database knowledge in MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB.
 
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
  • Experience with Cloud and Sitecore is an advantage.
  • Experience with load testing tools is a plus.
  • Experience with CDN/WAF solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sitecore, Adobe, Wordpress or other CMS
  • 24x7 on-call experience.
