About the Role:

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline across our priority international markets, with a primary focus on EMEA and APJ. Reporting to the Director of International Campaigns, you will contribute to full-funnel campaign strategies from planning through execution—partnering with product marketing, content, SDRs, sales, digital and regional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex campaign challenges, and wants to work on high-visibility initiatives across the buyer journey. If you are passionate about growth marketing, data-driven execution, and storytelling that drives action — we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across priority buyer journeys for EMEA and APJ
  • Translate high-level GTM priorities into actionable campaign plans — including content strategy, audience segmentation, nurture, and follow-up motions
  • Help develop clear, measurable campaign goals that ladder up to pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue growth
  • Partner with content strategy and product marketing to refine messaging frameworks and ensure alignment across personas, segments, and funnel stages
  • Coordinate campaign syncs to drive alignment across functions (sales, SDRs, digital, content, regional teams), ensuring localisation and flawless execution across EMEA and APJ
  • Assist in campaign performance reporting and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Contribute to innovation across marketing execution — testing new tactics, channels, or messaging to improve impact
  • Champion audience insights, using tools like 6sense, LinkedIn, and CRM data to inform targeting and messaging strategies
What You Need to Succeed:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proven experience driving full-funnel campaigns — from strategic planning to execution and reporting
  • Solid understanding of how to segment and engage complex audiences across different funnel stages
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling messaging and clearly articulate campaign impact
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, Pardot and marketing AI tools
  • Passion for marketing and a mindset of continuous learning, testing, and optimization
  • Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to improve campaign performance or improve efficiency
