About the Role:

The vision and mission of our CEO, Steve Tzikakis, is to create a legendary customer journey where our customers are the number one priority and receive unparalleled service. This role will be dedicated to delivering that amazing customer experience journey by partnering with Customer Success leadership to develop tools and metrics to evaluate the project and team performance.  The Operations Analyst will obtain feedback and collaborate with various leaders to develop project and resource allocation improvement plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with the Finance team to provide financial, statistical, and operational data vital to the success of the services teams
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data in the professional services automation application
  • Prepare project assessments, analyses, and reports for the Customer Success leaders
  • Coordinate the implementation of project resources with the Delivery and Client Management Teams
  • Ensure that each team member in Professional Services is properly allocated to obtain proper project coverage and to achieve personal metric goals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrable expertise working with macros, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Ability to effectively use presentation, demonstration, and facilitation skills to lead meetings
