About the Role:

As Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, you will report directly to the Director, Total Rewards and play an important role in guiding the Total Rewards team responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global benefits strategy in 20+ countries. You will be a critical part of creating best-in-class programs for an organization that is growing. You will be responsible for developing and administering market-competitive total rewards programs and will be a trusted advisor to our HR team on all matters relating to Total Rewards. 

What You’ll Do:

  • 75% Benefits Delivery 

    • Provides leadership for Global Benefits including: 
    • Design, implement, and administer global benefit programs, ensuring statutory compliance as well as market competitiveness for current and new countries. 
    • Work with internal teams to research, create and enhance benefit plans and guidelines. 
    • Work with global benefit brokers and providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs along with managing the enrolment processes. 
    • Conduct internal needs assessments and design strategies to close gaps 
    • Primary contact with Benefit consultants and plan providers to ensure efficient administration of benefit plans.   
    • Research, analyse and recommend new benefit programs for Company to remain competitive and manage costs related to benefit plans.   
    • Conducts budgeting and financial analysis of employee benefits programs. Monitors high cost claims, targets problem claim areas.  Ensure adequate estimates, forecasts, and calculations of expenditures in benefits for budget planning and tracking. 
    • Ensure sound administration and maintenance of employee benefits and savings programs such as group insurance, pension plans, disability and wellness including vendor management and relationships globally. 
    • Identify required changes, propose improvements to our programs and processes to provide a better employee experience and increase the efficiency of administrative processes. 
    • Collaborate with HR Operations team to ensure effective delivery of administration of benefit plans. 
    • Serve as the go-to person for employees and vendors regarding pension plans and group insurance matters as well as for other local benefits programs. 
    • Document procedures and routines of pension and benefits processes for each country.  

    25% Compensation Delivery 

    • Assist with the development and implementation of the Company's comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy leveraging compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs that will attract and retain talent. 
    • Partner with company Leadership and communications to effectively tell the value story of all compensation and benefits plans and programs. 
    • Lead successful annual compensation planning including but not limited to execution of merit program, semi-annual bonus program, benefits and all related communications and administration. 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 7+ years’ relevant experience in leading, designing, and implementing benefits in global countries including EMEA and APJ regions.
  • 5+ years’ experience in interpreting, applying and advising on pension and benefits policies, agreements, legislation globally
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success leading & implementing global compensation strategy within a globally matrixed environment.
  • Experience in implementation, and administration of employee global benefits programs.
  • Strong ability to analyse global compensation trends and provide insights from internal and external data. 
  • Strong presentation & interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings with a variety of employee levels and executive stakeholders. 
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, listening and multitasking skills. 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 

  • Experience with Workday HRIS a plus
  • BA or BS Degree in HR, Business or related function or equivalent experience
