About the Role:
As the Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Talent Acceleration and People Success & Culture teams. Located within the HR Operations Team, you will be responsible for coordinating key programs, managing processes, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives that impact the employee experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people and culture. This role reports to the Head of Talent Management, Culture and Engagement.
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Operational Support – Provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acceleration and People Success & Culture teams, ensuring efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Onboarding Coordination – Assist with new hire onboarding logistics, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.
  • Learning & Development Support – Coordinate training sessions, manage schedules, and track participation in development programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Communications – Support engagement initiatives, such as surveys, events, and recognition programs.
  • Survey & Data Administration – Assist in managing Peakon and Pulse Surveys, tracking responses, and compiling reports.
  • Project Coordination – Help drive key projects related to employee experience, talent development, and culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with HR, managers, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
  • Learning Technologies & Solutions – Manage and optimize learning platforms, tools, and digital solutions to enhance training accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Talent & Culture Data – Own and enhance data reporting and insights related to talent development, engagement, and culture, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
 
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in HR coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for employee experience, talent development, and workplace culture.
  • Experience working with HR systems, survey tools, and learning platforms is a plus.
