About the Role/ The Opportunity:       
You will be a key contributor to the Japan GTM, working across the enterprise segment and positioning the value and vision of Sitecore solutions to meet the customer’s most challenging opportunities. You will be adept at managing enterprise buying audiences, experienced in managing the enterprise sales process, and skilled at enterprise level negotiations across a wide variety of buying audiences. This role will focus on winning net new large enterprise customers as well as maximizing Sitecore's share of wallet with an assigned list of existing customers.      
What You’ll Do:      
  • Lead sales engagements with Enterprise accounts, building relationships and trust, fostering collaboration and customer experience
  • Promote the Sitecore suite of solutions through direct and indirect methods to both new & existing Enterprise customers
  • Sell with partners or direct, leveraging the Sitecore partner network during the sales process and beyond
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline and effective deal coverage of Enterprise opportunities across their region
  • Manage complex Enterprise sales-cycles, building strong effective buying relationships, comfortable positioning Site to C-level executives
  • Ability convey the value proposition of Sitecore, being able to demonstrate technology in person and via web presentations, especially in Sitecore's eCommerce offerings
 
What You Need to Succeed      
  • Attributes of a Sales Executive: Tenacious, highly motivated, ability to navigate with limited resources, independent yet team oriented, passionate about marketing and delighting customers
  • Thrive working in a rapidly expanding and nimble environment and love to solve customer’s most complex digital transformational worries. Have the ability to articulate on solutioning for customers rather than individual products
  • Experience as a top performing quota carrying sales representative penetrating large and medium enterprise accounts with iPaaS and/or SaaS solutions
  • Experience in solution sales, consulting or business development in enterprise software and SaaS
  • Experience in selling eCommerce solutions (B2C/B2B/Marketplaces, etc.) and have the ability to engage in discussions around revenue growth, ROI, and TCO with commerce decision makers (usually C-Level, or SVP/VP of eCommerce or Sales)
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, IT, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in business level English and Japanese
