About the Role:    
The Executive Creative Director (ECD) is a hands-on leader responsible for shaping the creative identity of the company within the digital landscape, ensuring that Sitecore resonates with audiences and setting the brand apart in the competitive software industry. As the head of the creative team, the ECD collaborates with stakeholders, other executives, and leaders to determine how the company should be represented to the public.    
This role demands a unique blend of experience, natural creative flair, and hands-on involvement that sits at the center of our evolving brand, giving you the opportunity to help determine our brand identity through our next exciting stage of growth. What You Will Do:   
  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop/evolve the overall creative strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and GTM strategy.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of creative professionals across the US and Europe, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment setting clear goals, and inspiring creativity. Lead agency resources as an extension of the internal team.
  • Internal Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and requirements. Translate client briefs into original creative ideas. Ensure that creative concepts resonate with brand and goals.
  • Concept Development and Execution: As a hands-on creative you must be able to conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies across various media channels. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in supervising and actively contributing to the execution of creative campaigns, website and event branding, executive presentations, and video content, while offering precise and actionable feedback.
  • Brand Reputation, Promotion, and Management: Work with campaign teams to provide unique, strategic solutions to enhance the company’s brand reputation. Partner with other departments and the Sitecore ecosystem on correct implementation of the brand.
  • Project and budget oversight: Work with creative operations manager to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and balancing resources and budgets. Anticipate potential issues and devise creative solutions.
 
What You Need to Succeed:   
  • 10+ years' experience as a creative team leader and track record of inspiring teams.  Experience in an in-house creative team and B2B software industry experience preferred.
  • Creative Vision and the ability to translate it into compelling campaigns and brand experiences.
  • Demonstrated work across all events, video, digital, omni-channel advertising, campaigns, brand, and more.
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving to align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to effectively work with internal clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating effectively at all levels of the organization to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Industry and software knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and keeping up to date on Adobe Suite, etc.
