職務概要:
この度事業拡大に伴い、新たなSDRを募集しています。Sitecoreのセールスデベロップメント (SDR) として、既存顧客の育成を担当していただきます。マーケティングチームと協力し、営業チームに質の高いリードを提供します。 
 
主な業務内容: 
  • 営業チームが効率的に商談を進めるためのパイプライン生成 
  • 大規模な組織の意思決定者と接触するためのアウトリーチ活動 
  • 毎日最低5070件のアウトバウンドコール 
  • 見込み客の課題を理解するためのコールの実施 
  • 当社の製品と競合のポジショニングを理解し、それを顧客のニーズにあわせて提案 
  • マーケティングリードの質とキャンペーンの効率に関するフィードバックを提供 
 
必要なスキルと資格: 
  • 日本語が流暢であること 
  • 1年以上のSDR経験があること 
  • ソフトウェア会社での経験があると望ましい 
  • 常に結果を達成することを目標にし、強い意欲を持つ方 
  • 好奇心旺盛で柔軟性がある方 
  • インバウンドおよびアウトバウンドのプロスペクティングに対する粘り強さと熱意を持つ「ハンター」精神

About the Role: 
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), it is your key responsibility to identify, research and mature potential sales engagements in the Japanese market, whilst also working with the
greater Asia Pacific SDR Team on training, development, and process improvement. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and thus must have a natural understanding of Japanese business culture and an expert phone manner in this language – both internal and prospect facing. Success in this role involves connecting with the correct stakeholders within a business and qualifying that there is genuine opportunity for the Sales Team to mature this discussion and win new business for Sitecore.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Responsible for building pipeline by meeting & exceeding pipeline generation quotas
  • Complete focused outreach initiatives to connect with decision makers in large organizations
  • Maintain a minimum daily outbound call volume of 50-70 calls
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges
  • Understand our offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to prospect’s needs
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency
 
What You Need to Succeed 
  • Fluent in Japanese.
  • 1+ years of prior SDR experience, preferable to have experience at a software company.
  • High-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve top results.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious and flexible.
  • A “hunter” mentality with tenacity and enthusiasm for inbound and outbound prospecting.
