About the Role/ The Opportunity:
Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To continue this growth, we need great people to join our team. We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Management team and help lead the evolution and development of our flagship XM Cloud product. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. You will lead the organization and prioritization of the work to be completed by one or more scrum teams, and assess their deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Manager(s) on product vision to create an actionable backlog.
- Define epics with business context, requirements, and acceptance criteria for the team.
- Define, prioritize, and manage sprint activities.
- Coordinate with UX, documentation, and other Product Owners to align dependencies and priorities.
- Provide oversight for testing efforts; Organize and facilitate product demos.
- Groom and maintain team backlog.
- Work with product support to triage and resolve customer issues.
- Be the product specialist for the team and serve as the key stakeholder of product decisions during planning, refinement, development, and release activities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Technical background with knowledge of web technologies and software development processes.
- Familiarity with agile processes and principles.
- Experience communicating software requirements in written form via user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, or similar descriptions.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and comfort working with multiple time zones and locations.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Passion for web and digital experiences.
- Experience creating and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Previous experience working with a web or headless CMS and Jamstack technologies.
