About the Role:

  • You will work within the Product GTM (go-to-market) team, reporting to the Senior Director - Product GTM, with primary responsibility for forward planning commercial release readiness across our growing portfolio of SaaS and PaaS products and services.
  • Lead a growing team of pricing & packaging specialists to ensure that all new products come to market following our established pricing strategy. 
  • Own the cross-functional process for introducing new products into the Sitecore ecosystem. You will lead our GTM Council, which operates cross-functionally to introduce new products through our quote-to-cash systems. 
  • Work collaboratively with product leaders, product & technical evangelists to coordinate a bill of materials to enable product marketing with the launch of new products and product updates. 
  • Foster close ties with Product Marketing to enable the successful launch and internal enablement on new offerings. E.g.
    • Core product-led positioning & messaging.
    • Technical specs, datasheets, architecture diagrams and FAQs. 

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead our GTM Council process to review and approve new offerings and changes to existing products and services. 
    • Oversee the pricing & packaging team, who manage Sitecore pricing strategy and price lists and updates to our CPQ system. 
    • Forge relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams across the company such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Business Systems to ensure smooth communications and frictionless introduction of new offerings into our ecosystem. 
    • Collaborate with operations teams to implement pricing and packaging line-up in the backend systems by providing approved requirements. 
    • Foster close relationships between product and product marketing teams to ensure that technical product releases and commercial launches are in sync. 
    • Identify the risks that can delay commercial release readiness and manage them to ensure that launch plans can flex and adapt accordingly. 
    • Always work to improve the process of commercial release readiness and be the champion of our pricing & packaging strategy.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • 8+ years of experience in product management, pricing and/or commercial planning roles. 
    • Significant experience working in a SaaS/Software Environment is essential and “martech” experience is preferred. 
    • Worked on a consumption-based pricing platform and understand how appropriate pricing models are designed. 
    • Extremely detail-oriented, self-directed and excited about Sitecore products and technology. 
    • Ability to build relationships and partner with cross-functional teams at all levels across the organization and influence decision making without authority.
