About the Role: 

Partners are critical to Sitecore in achieving the ambitious goals we have set for ourselves. To that end we have created a new Partner Solutions team with the aim of inspiring and collaborating with them to invest in the partnership and bring to market innovative solutions.

In this role you will work consultatively and strategically with the local partners to inspire and collaborate with them to create best-in-class solutions that showcase the Sitecore Digital Experience Platform (DXP) in combination with their own broad service portfolios.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role carrying critical responsibilities to manage and influence key strategic partners in how they position, develop, and deliver exceptional digital experiences using the Sitecore DXP platform.

Your mission is to inspire and enable our partners to build the very best solutions that showcase the transformative change customers can achieve when they work with Sitecore.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Evangelize the Sitecore DXP suite and the opportunity this creates for partners to build best-in-class solutions.
  • Work closely with the local partner managers and the broader Sitecore team to identify opportunities for partners to create new and innovative solutions that solve real customer needs.
  • Proactively manage and pioneer the Solution Catalogue to ensure we have coverage across products, industries, and partners. Identify new opportunities and engage with the partner community to capitalize upon them.
  • Work with partners to create compelling content that showcases the Solutions in the Solution Catalogue.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to identify opportunities to promote the solutions created by partners in innovative and creative ways.
  • Conceive, plan and lead initiatives from conception to delivery, bringing cross functional teams together to deliver to a common goal with real agility.
  • Contribute meaningfully to partner workshops, conferences, forums, etc.
  • Being an inspiring leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Sitecore technology that solve a real and specific customer need.

What You Need to Succeed:  

  • Experience designing, delivering, or promoting digital solutions to address specific business problems.
  • Deep industry expertise in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Automotive, Utilities, Telco, Travel & Hospitality, Retail / eCommerce.
  • Strong DXP industry knowledge.
  • Creative mindset and an enthusiasm for problem solving.
  • Commercial acumen coupled to a deep understanding of how technology can solve real business problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization, and drive alignment with stakeholder teams and leaders.
  • Not necessarily technical, but to have the ability to translate product features and functions into business capabilities, business benefits, and real business impacts.

What Could Set You Apart:

  • Experience in a Value Engineering or Consulting role within a marketing agency / group. Alternatively experience within the Digital practice of one of the GSI’s
  • Knowledge of Sitecore DXP (However, this will be provided)
