About the Role:
 
Sitecore is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to lead our New Business Enterprise Account Executive team, driving net-new enterprise acquisition in Europe. As RVP Sales, you will be critical to driving Sitecore’s growth by expanding our presence in the market, executing strategic go-to-market initiatives, and shaping innovative engagement strategies that help our customers succeed in their digital transformation. 
 
Reporting to the President of Sales, EMEA, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving strategic sales initiatives, operational excellence, and customer success across the region. 
 
What You'll Do:
 
•    Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing  Enterprise sales team focused on new logo acquisition
•    Drive operational excellence—one of the region’s four strategic pillars—by maintaining rigorous accuracy in forecasting, pipeline management and reporting, leveraging disciplined use of Salesforce
•    Monitor and track team performance against activity and revenue goals
•    Lead strategic campaigns that increase customer awareness, engagement, and market penetration
•    Provide ongoing coaching to develop sales acumen, account planning, and value-based selling aligned with Sitecore’s go-to-market approach
•    Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent to scale regional performance and strengthen team capabilities
•    Actively participate in customer and prospect meetings to support  and new logo pursuit
•    Partner closely with marketing and demand generation teams to drive pipeline creation
•    Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective customers
•    Strengthen partnerships with local technology and alliance partners 
 
What You Need to Succeed: 
 
•    Proven sales leadership experience within a SaaS environment with a track record of coaching teams to close complex, high-value deals
•    Demonstrated success leading Account Executives and consistently achieving or exceeding team quotas
•    Operational rigor with a track record of accurate forecasting, CRM discipline and pipeline management
•    Strong executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills
•    Consultative selling expertise and experience leveraging proven sales methodologies
•    Competitive drive with a passion for winning and delivering results
•    Trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal colleagues, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
 
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
 
•    Demonstrable experience of selling MarTech Solutions 
•    Experienced selling using sales methodology (MEDDIC preferred)
•    Additional European languages advantageous
