About The Role:  
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Finance team. This role supports the organisation by helping translate strategic priorities into financial plans, monitoring performance, and providing clear, timely insights to support effective decision‑making.
The role works closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as a partner to leadership teams and enabling informed, data‑driven decisions through concise analysis and reporting.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Provide support across a broad range of areas including commercial, strategic and corporate finance
  • Help the business allocate its resources effectively in pursuit of their strategic goals
  • Support recurring corporate processes designed to ensure the timely reporting of results, reforecasting of the business’s performance and proactive course correction if necessary
  • Be an excellent problem solver who manages multiple competing priorities and delivers measurable impact. Eager to work cross-functionally and tackle complex issues
  • Contribute to the resolution of ad‑hoc business and analytical requests as they arise, leveraging strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Sitecore’s business model to deliver clear, actionable insights
What You Need to Succeed:  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 
  • Background in FP&A, strategic finance, banking or investing
  • A solid knowledge of accounting; being a qualified accountant is a plus
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Skilled in automating manual workflows with artificial intelligence
