About the Role:
As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing campaigns and overseeing their performance across all global paid media channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, global campaigns, and field teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with GTM priorities and deliver against pipeline goals.
 
What You’ll Do:
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and refine quarterly cross-channel paid media strategies aligned to global campaigns, regional campaigns, and field marketing initiatives
  • Support quarterly media planning, allocating spend across channels and campaigns
  • Monitor and track paid media pipeline targets and full-funnel KPIs
Execution & Optimization
  • Oversee campaign execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, display and other media channels with support from external and internal teams
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day agency point of contact for channel and campaign operations
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for always-on creative, audience, and landing page optimization
  • Leverage AI in campaign execution to increase speed to market
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Drive pipeline attribution and conversion tracking across paid media touchpoints
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Dreamdata, Salesforce, Power BI, and 6sense
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Business Insights to report campaign results for executive, cross-functional, and partner audiences
Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative and assets
  • Partner with MarOps and RevOps to design holistic KPIs and reporting framework
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training initiatives
 
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media strategy and execution; agency experience a bonus
  • Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic DSPs, etc. Bonus for ABM targeting platforms like 6Sense
  • Deep technical and analytical skills: comfortable with large data sets, attribution modeling, using tools like Dreamdata, Salesforce/CRM, reporting/visualization tools (Looker, PowerBi)
  • Strong ability to leverage AI and automation to improve performance, increase efficiency, and speed paid media campaign execution
  • Proven success managing large-scale B2B campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise tech preferred
