About the Role/ The Opportunity:

 

Our Partner Program plays a key role in driving Sitecore’s growth through a diverse global network of direct and indirect partners, and this role will be instrumental in shaping and governing this program for long-term success.

 

As the Partners Operations Senior Manager at Sitecore, you will be responsible for governing and optimizing the operational framework for Sitecore’s Global Partner Program, which supports both direct and indirect sales models. This role is pivotal to ensure we have scalable operational practices to support all partners Resellers and Distributors (indirect) and Solution, Services and Technology Partners (direct).

 

You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the partner program, ensuring global consistency while addressing regional market needs, and ensuring partners have the tools, processes, and support necessary to drive success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, revenue and sales operations, partner enablement, marketing and finance.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Program Governance: Oversee the Global Partner Program’s governance structure, ensuring compliance with program policies, certifications, tiering, and contractual agreements across our partner ecosystem.
  • Implement Operational Frameworks: Design, execute and optimize the operational processes that support partner onboarding, management, and performance tracking, ensuring scalability across global regions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Establish robust compliance frameworks to mitigate risks related to partner performance, legal obligations, pricing, and contract management, ensuring alignment with Sitecore’s global standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both direct and indirect partners, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams to ensure the operational execution of the partner strategy, adapting global policies for local markets without compromising governance standards.
  • Direct Line Management of both offshore and onshore operations teams.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scaling programs. Sales operations, deal desk and order process experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience managing operations in both direct and indirect sales models.
  • Proven track record of governing partner programs, including operational process design, program compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics to drive decision-making and program improvements.
