About the Role:

As a Software Engineer in the product support services team, you will assist Sitecore Content Hub implementation partners and customers with best practices guidance, service requests, troubleshooting complex customizations, and reverse engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Product and Cloud teams to analyze customer challenges, provide solutions and resolve any issues
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to escalate and solve customer challenges
  • Produce Level 2 Support reports
  • Debug Front-end and Back-end code

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Outstanding problem solving and logical thinking skills
  • Experience in front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET & MVC 
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts and client-server software architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of English is required, both oral and written
  • Excellent communication and people skills
