About the Role/ The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for Associate Product Manager to join our Managed Cloud Product Management team and help lead the evolution and development of our Platform DXP service offering. In this role, you will be working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing and assessing the work of one or more scrum teams.

- Collaborate with Product Manager(s) on product vision to create an actionable backlog.
- Advocate for developer experience across all aspects of the product, work with product support staff to triage and resolve customer issues, work with other Product Owners across the platform to align dependencies and priorities.
- Define product backlog items (PBI’s) and bugs with descriptions, acceptance criteria, and other important details for the team.
- Active involvement in the definition, priority, and scoping of iterations.
- Team backlog maintenance, organization, and review.
- Prepare for and actively participate at SAFe Program planning.
- Organization and facilitation of product demos; facilitation and oversight of ongoing testing efforts.
What You Need to Succeed
- Cloud Hosting background with knowledge of web technologies especially related to Microsoft Azure Platform.
- Desire to pursue a career in technical product management.
- Familiarity with agile processes and principles.
- Experience communicating software requirements in written form via user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, or similar descriptions.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and comfort working with multiple time zones and locations.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Passion for Automation and Orchestration.
- Some programming and/or development experience.
- DevOps knowledge or experience.
- Previous experience on CRM, CMS, or CDP systems.
