Position Summary:

This position will be part of Business Solutions System team that is responsible to contribute Sirius XM/Pandora’s strategic initiatives on Sales CRM platform used by Ad-Sales organization that generates $1.5B annual revenue.

We are looking for an expert, systems-focused Salesforce Product Owner/Business Analyst. The right individual will be a key contributor to the overall Salesforce Delivery & Operations team with a focus on improving our Ad Sales system stack and driving business value & efficiencies for end users. At high level, this role will involve information gathering, business process analysis, documentation, system support, training documentation & testing. Partner cross-functionally with Product, finance, various Ad sales teams and Enterprise teams to build solutions and measure their impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Product owner, develop, own and execute Product Roadmap.
  • Understand & Document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard application functionality, design and document solutions that fill the gaps.
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria for technical team, design and drive UAT sessions, report results to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships with various Ad Sales, Revenue Operations & Finance business stakeholders to understand their priorities, pain point, document various Ad Sales & QTC workflows.
  • Lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders; communicate and provide visibility into solution options and drive teams to consensus.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Think holistically and work cross-functionally to design and improve processes and tools, work with both highly technical and non-technical disciplines to ensure that program inputs and requirements are translated to achieve the desired results.
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on Ad sales and support processes, Salesforce CRM, Sales tools such as Zoominfo, Ringlead, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DRIFT, etc.
  • Collaborate and assist with other Product Owners to outline Sales Technology roadmap, identify & measure baseline metrics that will be used to inform prioritization decisions
  • Assist and coordinate with the development team on the development of feature, test cases and regression tests
  • Maintain internal backlog of feature requests using Agile/SCRUM practices, Communicate status to end users; track and analyze issues for prioritization
  • Serve as business liaison to external vendors, surface issues with 3rd party applications and coordinate resolution with vendors. Own and execute vendor performance process for assigned sales tools.
  • Collaborate with Training and Enablement organizations to plan and deploy effective end-user training and ensure successful change management
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and practices, new tools & technologies used in Ad Sales processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top tier college or university
  • Minimum 6+ years in an analytical role (e.g., Product owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Business Analyst) in a fast paced enterprise environment
  • Experience working with online or mobile advertising systems and understanding of the media sales, sales marketing or advertising Quote-to-Cash process highly preferred
  • 4+ years of working experience in software development lifecycle & Agile/SCRUM methodology

Requirements and General Skills:

  • Experience working with online or mobile advertising systems and understanding of the media sales, sales marketing or advertising Quote-to-Cash process highly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other sales technology tools in the market.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards is a MUST
  • Performed or having experience of Business process mapping, application rationalization methodology
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and interpret business and technical requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills across teams and levels with an emphasis on customer first attitude
  • Team player with positive and engaged personality. Ability to work well with a high level of autonomy & trust
  • Experience in leading QA and User Acceptance Testing efforts within the project lifecycle
  • Working understanding of Jira or any other change management tools
  • Certified Scrum Product owner certification is a plus.
  • Salesforce Lightning Knowledge, Salesforce Administrator Certifications like ADM 201 or ADM 211 is a plus.
  • Understanding of one or many sales productivity tools such as Zoominfo, Ringlead, DRIFT, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
