Position Summary:

This is a temporary/contract position that will support Digital Optimization and Analytics by delivering critical insights of siriusxm.com’s marketing and consumer experience efforts through a variety of tools, focused on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. Responsible for reporting on performance of key transactions and customer interactions for digital experience product teams and cross-functional teams, including marketing stakeholders across the customer lifecycle. Able to effectively translate business requirements into reporting, build segments, analyze and articulate results to internal team members and key stakeholders, telling stories with the data that lead to digital customer experience and marketing improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist to design, execute, and analyze online experiments including putting together test plans, QA specifications, and test readouts
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to monitor performance of experiments 
  • Perform deep dive analysis of experiments by consolidating data from different sources such as Adobe Target/ Adobe Analytics, online surveys, and session recording tools
  • Develop and present learnings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations
  • Build test hypothesis from research using internal and external resources
  • Maintain a centralized repository of all test plans, and test results

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field and/or or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience web/digital analytics, and A/B testing

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, measurement, and associated statistical methodologies
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
  • SQL experience preferred
