Join Our Team  
You will be Executive Assistant. You will report to the Managing Director Zurich with task related reporting lines to HR Director International.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executive assistant and office administrative tasks;
    • Coordinate and provide high-quality administrative support
    • Drive ad hoc local projects; e.g. office move and marketing events.
    • Providing statistical surveys at request of authorities.
    • Supporting Group IT and local IT service providers.
    • Single point of contact and coordinator for group functions such as IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal and HR etc.
    • Office and employee expense control and management.
  • Human Resources;
    • Support Global HR with employee and resourcing needs including system update.
    • HR and payroll administration.
    • Work closely with HR Director International to improve work relationships and build morale
    • Support HR Director International to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Support yearly salary and performance review.
  • Support Finance function with monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
