Join Our Team  
You will be our Accounts Payable Analyst and be part of the Treasury Operations team. You will report to the Deputy Treasurer Manager in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing statements of account from brokers and cedants
  • Settling incoming cash payments in the subledger across multiple offices and teams
  • Support accounts payable processes across multiple offices such as:
    • Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox, ensuring timely processing of all communications.
    • Process invoices by matching them to PO numbers and accurately inputting and coding into accounting software.
  • Quarterly Group reporting and other regulatory reporting
  • SOX controls as appropriate
  • Ad Hoc Support for auditors
 
Skills and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience within financial services with exposure to AP operations
  • Experience from the (re)insurance sector is a big advantage as well as working in a global set-up
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and Swedish
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
