Are you a 2024 graduate or graduating this year and have a passion for numbers and a keen interest in the world of actuarial science and (re)insurance? We are excited to announce our Graduate Scheme for Actuaries, based in the City of London. We are looking to recruit two talented individuals to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

About the Scheme: Our comprehensive graduate scheme will provide you with hands-on experience in three key areas of actuarial work: pricing, reserving, and capital.

Pricing: You will work alongside underwriters advising on pricing for large individual deals. You will learn how to develop and refine pricing models to ensure we understand the profitability of our products. This involves analyzing data, assessing risks, and collaborating with various departments to create effective pricing strategies.

Reserving: Gain insights into the process of setting aside reserves to cover future claims. You will work with experienced actuaries to estimate liabilities and ensure that our financial statements accurately reflect our obligations.

Capital: Understand the importance of capital management in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be involved in assessing capital requirements, optimizing capital allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
