You will be our Project Manager where you will help drive the success of our people agenda and our global objectives. As we evolve and scale, you will have the opportunity to project management and participate in high impact initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans supporting human resources (HR) programs and initiatives using project management tools and processes. For 2022, your primary project will be managing a global workstream to select, design, test, and implement a global human resources information system (HRIS).
  • Collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects and improve processes and initiatives across human resources.
  • Operating with a project management mindset, delivering results, driving discussions and managing against thoughtfully formed plans, budgets, timelines, and goals.
  • Leading, delivering, and managing detailed project plans for a broad variety of assigned projects, including resource planning, delivery timelines, resource planning, reporting dashboards, and budget management.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, taking into consideration communication and change management needs and ensuring appropriate engagement for all levels of the organization throughout the project life cycle.  Facilitating workstream meetings and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Providing consultation to HR Business Partners, HR COEs, and business stakeholders, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions, and impact analysis.

Your skills and abilities should include:

  • Significant experience working in a project management capacity within a global HR function. Experience with the technical side of a global HRIS implementation is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies.
  • Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Experience with Workday a plus.
  • Experienced at problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent attention to detail and exceptional organization and follow-through skills. Act with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication, including the ability to gather and understand business needs, distill complex issues, and translate them into action plans.
