Job Description:
SiMa.ai is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our ecosystem partnership activities. Primary responsibilities are to develop a SiMa.ai hardware and software partnership strategic plan with key metrics and execute accordingly. Additionally, lead future revenue design-in/wins by developing key programs allowing for easy integration with SiMa.ai’s
MLSoC for design into customer systems.

Areas of focus and key responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
  • Develop ecosystem strategy and understand hardware and software partnership landscape to address the needs for key market segments
  • Drive and manage day-to-day partnership activities
  • Be main point person for our ecosystem partners
  • Build strong and credible partnership relationships
  • Attract and establish meaningful partnerships to achieve roadmap alignment.
  • Drive and meet targeted future design in/win revenue goals
  • Required Background
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the AI/ML market and landscape
  • Proven track record for driving partnership engagements
  • Proven ability to make creative, effective, reliable, analytical, and tough decisions
  • Understanding of embedded processor and associated sensor suite
  • Ability to travel ~25% to 35% domestically and internationally
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • AI, Machine Learning, Semiconductor and/or Sensor experience
  • Self-Starter and self-motivated to achieve outstanding results with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work and thrive in a face paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to navigate and embrace complexity
  • Detailed oriented while seeing the big picture
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
