Marketing Automation Manager (Contractor)

Who we are looking for:


We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining lead nurture email programs and execute on other email communications in Marketing Automation PlatformMarketo. The ideal candidate has experience building and designing nurture streams, developing workflow rules, quality assurance (QA), and reporting. We’re looking for a dynamic marketer with a can-do attitude who will continually test to find opportunities to improve performance.


Note: This will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and employee performance.

What you will do
: 

 

  • Develop and maintain lead and nurture programs
  • Reporting and dashboards, including performance metrics and KPIs
  • Create segments for marketing programs based on buyer personas
  • Convert business and technical messaging into short, compelling copy for email and landing pages
  • Utilize segmentation, automation and customization to drive engagement improvements
  • Oversee flawless delivery of messages, troubleshooting issues and implementing changes to avoid future impact.
  • Deploy A/B testing initiatives to increase conversion metrics
  • Coordinate program execution collaborating with and supporting the extended marketing team
  • Suggest strategies and tactics to improve program engagement

 

Your Experience, Skill Sets & Education: 

 

  • 5 years of MAP experience--Marketo/Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience building lead nurture programs
  • Outstanding writing skills with proven success creating compelling marketing copy
  • Certified in Marketo platforms
  • Segmentation and list building
  • Understanding of buyer personas
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for metrics, data, and process
  • Intermediate knowledge of lead scoring and multi-tiered program
  • Intermediate HTML/CSS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred
