Who we are looking for:

Silver Peak seeks a strong experienced HR Business Partner with experience in the area of compensation.  

You will possess the strategic planning, organizational development and consulting and leadership skills to serve as a trusted advisor to the organization leaders. You have proven knowledge in human resources functions; initiate and lead human resources strategy discussions and generates plans for implementation in accordance with Company objectives; make proposals to senior management regarding human resources implications of proposed tactical plans and suggest contingency plans/trade-offs for mitigating risks; apply knowledge of Silver Peak’s business strategies to proactively anticipate business needs based on industry trends; provide strategic leadership and general direction to managers and staff.

What you will do:

  • Partner with management in support of their management objectives
  • Aligns the business and HR strategy with emphasis on identifying and developing the key talent initiatives which will enable business success 
  • Lead the design, implementation and administration of our compensation programs
  • Analyze trends across client groups and identifying proactive areas for improvement and impact
  • Drive change and organizational effectiveness by partnering with clients in organization design, career planning, workforce planning, leadership coaching and development, change management, key talent retention and team development
  • Drive day/day transactions to closure - resolve employee relation issues, exits, manager changes, organizational changes, etc.

 Your minimum Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • HR Certification
  • HRBP experience within the Networking, IT or high-tech industry is ideal
  • 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources including a minimum of 5+ years as a HRBP
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in the area of compensation
  • Experience partnering with a multi-country organization 
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience in managing multiple priorities to conclusion in a timely manner
