As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will live and breathe all things campaign marketing, demand generation and the technology tools and analytics that support the programs. You see marketing opportunities constantly in the world around you and apply the lessons on the job to drive standout demand generation programs. 
 
You are a highly creative strategist with a focus on tactical execution- and live by analytics to drive your demand generation programs. You have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude with strategic “big picture” acumen with a focus on tactical execution.  
 
The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing promotional plans for campaigns and programs to drive new qualified leads and increase lead conversion for direct sales and channel.  
You will work closely with the campaign and marketing ops teams to manage demand generation efforts that drive impact for our company, direct sales and channel.  The Campaign Marketing Manager must be proficient in tracking and understanding data in order to make informed marketing decisions that yield the highest outcome against goals.  
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies for demand generation digital programs to drive new leads, engage prospects, customers, and accelerate pipeline and opportunities. 
  • Align with campaigns team to develop demand generation programs to support overall campaign goals.   
  • Partner with marketing operations to track and manage lead flow, review lead scoring and increase conversion rates at each stage of engagement. 
  • Build demand generation programs for key audiences and direct execution of the campaign including email marketing implementation, digital engagement and paid social. 
  • Lead with data, developing consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards representing pipeline and revenue performance. 
  • Understand ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and optimize to improve performance. 
  • Provide strategic oversight, development and execution of digital and paid social media programs, team and budget.  
  • Maintain demand generation digital budget and report on performance of demand generation programs including digital advertising, paid digital media and social programs.  
  • Build demand generation lead and nurturing programs including tactical setup up of landing pages, form strategy, testing, etc.  
  • Analyze programs for performance insights to drive continuous optimization of demand generation efforts.  

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5-7+ years experience in high growth, B2B technology company  
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing or Business degree preferred 
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation technology, such as Marketo and Salesforce.com  
  • Knowledge of demand generation marketing tech tools with focus on success of impact/revenue 
  • Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution 
  • Proven experience planning and executing demand generation programs to drive pipeline  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
