Salesforce – Project Manager   
Sikich LLP is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Salesforce Team. In this client-facing role the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to configure and develop state of the art systems and solutions on Salesforce.

What will you do in this role?  
  • Collaborate with customers to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, & resource plan, for Salesforce projects 
  • Participate in operational review meetings with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements & business scenarios 
  • Interface & communicate professionally with clients on the phone, in meetings, & by e-mail to attract & grow lasting relationships 
  • Manage an effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements 
  • Utilize time, project management, delegation, & prioritization skills to achieve results for multiple tasks & responsibilities. 
  • Manage software development lifecycle for approved development activities 
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports 
  • Identify risks & manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients 
  • Learn, utilize, & promote Sikich Project Methodology 
  • Excellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities 
What do you need to succeed in this role?  
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, etc. 
  • 4+ years’ experience leading Salesforce implementation projects preferred 
  • 4+ implementations/enhancements completed 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and corresponding technical solutions 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a cross-functional team 
  • Experience in developing comprehensive project plans and knowledge of various project methodologies 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, data migrations, and/or integrations a plus 
  • Obtain & maintain Salesforce certifications
