▪ Build industry specific maturity models using Sikich’s Reactive / Managed / Optimized framework.
▪ Translate individual practitioner experience into institutional Sikich knowledge that can be reused across clients, sellers, practices, and markets.
▪ Establish standards and governance to ensure industry intellectual property remains current, credible, evidence-based, and commercially relevant.
▪ Partner with client and delivery teams to continuously incorporate lessons learned, benchmarks, operating patterns, and emerging practices into Sikich industry assets.

▪ Ensure offerings connect transformation activity to measurable business outcomes such as growth, margin improvement, productivity, working capital, scalability, integration, risk reduction, and enterprise value.
Executive and Client Advisory
▪ Lead executive-level discovery, maturity, strategy, and transformation discussions with clients and prospects.
▪ Engage credibly with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, business-unit leaders, operating executives, boards, and private equity stakeholders.
▪ Help clients identify business priorities, operating constraints, transformation opportunities, and investment decisions before specific technology solutions are defined.
▪ Challenge assumptions and bring informed external perspective to executive conversations.
▪ Participate selectively in strategic pursuits where industry expertise materially improves qualification, executive access, differentiation, or solution quality.
▪ Serve as a trusted industry advisor while remaining independent of any single technology, service line, or solution.

▪ Collaborate across business advisory, finance, ERP and CRM, Data & AI, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity and risk, change management, and other Sikich practices.
▪ Develop common industry language, value propositions, frameworks, and transformation narratives that can be used consistently across the firm.
