About This Role: 
As an Oracle Sales Account Executive specializing within our Oracle Cloud  Solutions group, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.  Your primary focus will be on providing expertise in advisory, finance and budgeting solutions tied to Oracle’s suite of products. You will collaborate closely with our solution delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. 
Job Duties: 
  • Perform as a revenue-generating employee in the role of Oracle Sales Account Executive, with a focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers to achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales quotas 
  • Maintain your current book of business for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities and provide the highest possible level of customer experience by delivering quality and timely responses 
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead management, business development qualification, evaluation, close, and account care, and play a vital role in the success of the overall sales team  
  • Prospect and develop new channel partners and participate in local industry related networking events  
  • Partner with solutions/pre-sales/delivery counterparts to qualify, scope, and present solutions to prospective and current clients  
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, sales engineering, and business development representatives to continually take advantage of new market opportunities to achieve our high growth targets 
  • Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM

      
Requirements   
  • Strong hunter personality with 10+ years of technology sales/consulting services sales experience of ERP, EPM, HCM, Analytics and Advisory.
  • Proven record of accomplishment selling to large, complex accounts, working with C-level executives, qualifying prospects, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.   
  • Proven track record of sales experience and success with selling Oracle Cloud Advisory, Implementation and Analytics services. 
  • Experience selling into a key the Healthcare industry vertical, and familiarity with industry solutions, business models, and trends
  • Oracle product knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle software competitors 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Results-oriented with a passion to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • The flexibility to travel as needed.
