Sikich has a need for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor on our Talent Acquisition Team.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting and talent acquisition efforts for Sikich's assigned service areas. Key responsibilities include supporting service areas in all locations while focusing on creative sourcing for top talent in the competitive professional services industry. This position will ensure all talent needs are sourced and placed for all hiring levels, including interns, through experienced and senior-level talent for the firm’s growing practices. In addition, this position, at times, will support other recruiting efforts as needed and requested throughout the firm.

Essential Job Duties
· Develop relationships with Principals in Charge of firm service areas across multiple locations and identify top talent for inexperienced (intern) positions through senior-level professionals. Provide consultative coaching to assist with the hiring decision process. Guide firm leaders through hiring processes.
· Develop a proactive sourcing strategy to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for open requisitions and high-priority pipeline roles, including passive sourcing on LinkedIn and other job sites and other creative sourcing techniques.
· Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and planning for stastart datesvide general market intelligence and research to leaders and hiring managers, and regularly communicate information as value-added service.
· Track all recruiting and candidates’ data through our systems.
· Adhere to firm recruitment processes and proactively suggest enhancements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance while enhancing productivity and reducing time to fill.
· Collaborate with the TA team to create & improve recruitment programs and processes.
· Participate in strategic projects across Human Capital, including tool implementation, process improvements, employer branding, etc.
· Work in a team environment while meeting individual growth targets and goals.
· Provide excellent customer experience through effective communication.
· Provide status, weekly, and ad hoc reports.
· Adhere to multiple touch points pre and post-hire
· Schedule, meet, and organize candidate follow-up meetings for all interviewed candidates
· Deliver closing feedback to any candidates not selected for hiring consideration. Provide feedback and process status timely.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent work experience
· 4+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting in several disciplines
· Experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Jobvite/Oracle preferred
· Federal Government experience required
· Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using proven methodology and tools
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Highly self-motivated and directed; able to prioritize and execute tasks
· Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with integrity & discretion
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel) & Microsoft Teams
