What will you do in this role?   
  • Deliver day-to-day client support services for D365 Business Central.
  • Troubleshoot client’s software/system issues and complex technical problems.
  • Properly document and provides solutions, or route for advanced technical support.
  • Escalate client issues, as necessary, and act as point of contact for critical issues with follow-up on action items through closure.
  • Triage and manage support ticket queue and documentation.
  • Work in a team environment providing high quality customer service to customers through appropriate communication and responsive service while troubleshooting complex IT issues.
  • Provide technical specs and requirements.
What do you need to succeed in this role?  
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5 years+ experience with Microsoft NAV/D365 BC (support or functional role)
  • A customer service mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An innate sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests with varying levels of importance and criticality
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail
  • Development experience with Business Central/NAV and Dynamics products helpful
